On the afternoon of March 25, 2022, the seventh membership meeting of Zhejiang Printing and Dyeing Industry Association was held in the form of an online meeting. The main venue was located in the meeting room of Furong Hall, Zhejiang Railway Building. Wait for leaders and scrutineers to attend the main venue meeting. 283 members should represent 283 members in member units, and 201 people were actually present, which is in line with the effective number of people stipulated in the association's articles of association, and the resolutions formed at this meeting are valid.

Following the principle of democratic centralism, the conference passed the following resolutions:

1. Review and approve the work report made by Chairman Li Chuanhai on behalf of the sixth council;

2. Review and approve the revision of the association's articles of association;

3. Reviewed and passed the "Financial Management System of Zhejiang Printing and Dyeing Industry Association" (revised)

4. Review and approve the financial report of the sixth session of the association made by executive vice president Zhu Yuebin;

5. Review and approve the adjustment plan of the Association's seven membership fees;

6. Review and approve the election method of the seventh council;

7. Deliberate and approve the proposed list of vote-counters for this meeting;

8. The seventh council of the association was elected (see appendix for the list).

During the conference, the first council of the seventh session was held at the same time. According to the regulations, the leadership of the association was elected, and Li Chuanhai was elected as the chairman of the seventh council. Chen Songfu, Zhu Yuebin, Ye Fuzhong, Sun Zhangshui, Fu Shuangli, Qian Guojun, Jin Guozhou were elected. Executive Vice Presidents, Long Fangsheng, Gu Hongyu, Jin Guanliang, Zhou Jiahai, Yang Baolin, Fu Guozhu, Shi Jianhua, Qiu Jianrong, Shen Jianming, Li Yanming, Fu Jianlin, Qian Miaogen, Li Hailin, Chen Ziqiang, Zhang Wenbiao, Zheng Yinhua, Feng Ju, Zhong Jianjun, Zhang Guohua, Cao Tianlong, Chen Jiangang, Zhu Yumei, Ding Xiaokang, Wang Xiaobing, Yu Xingying are the vice presidents, and Yang Zhiqing is the secretary general (legal representative); it was decided to set up an expert committee on environmental protection and energy conservation of the association; and a consultant of Comrade Ma Zhifang Association was hired.

The convening of this conference is at a new stage of development in which the industry is undergoing major changes unseen in a century. The conference calls on all member units to work together and strive to make the printing and dyeing industry in Zhejiang Province an advanced manufacturing industry with sustainable development.
